Momnt is about capturing your real reaction to a real moment, together with everyone else watching. These guidelines keep the feed authentic and safe. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users — content that breaks these rules may be removed, and violations may result in a permanent account ban.
1. Only content related to the event
Your Moment should be your genuine reaction to the live event you're posting to. No spam or unsolicited promotion. Post the Moment — not something off-topic.
2. No AI-generated content
Photos must be real captures from your camera. No AI-generated images, deepfakes, or materially manipulated photos. Momnt is about what actually happened and how you actually reacted.
3. Don't impersonate others
Don't pretend to be another person, organisation, or brand, and don't misrepresent your identity or affiliation. No fake accounts created to deceive others, evade enforcement, or manipulate activity on Momnt.
4. Keep it respectful
No harassment, bullying, or threats toward anyone. Don't pile on, and don't encourage others to attack someone. Reactions can be passionate — they can't be cruel.
This applies to comments as much as to Moments. A comment is the easiest place to be cruel, and it's the first place we look when something is reported.
5. No hate speech
Don't attack, degrade, or promote hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any similar characteristic.
6. Nothing harmful or illegal
No sexual content or nudity, no graphic violence or gore, nothing that endangers or exploits minors, and nothing illegal. Don't post content that puts others at risk.
7. Respect privacy
Don't post other people in ways that harm, expose, or humiliate them. Don't share anyone's private information — addresses, documents, messages, or anything else they'd expect to stay private. Capture the moment, not someone else's private business.
8. No manipulation
Don't use Momnt for propaganda, coordinated campaigns, or manipulation — political, religious, or otherwise. Don't create fake accounts, fake engagement, or misuse the referral or event system.
Momnt is for reacting together. It isn't a platform for pushing an agenda at people who came to watch a match.
9. Only post what's yours to post
Share content you have the right to share. Don't post material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
10. Don't misuse events
Events exist to bring people together around a shared moment. Don't use them to incite violence, organise harm, spread panic, target a group, or exploit a tragedy.
Momnt isn't a place to organise, promote, or document protests, demonstrations, or civil unrest.
11. Capture safely
No Moment is worth putting yourself or someone else in danger. Don't use Momnt while driving, trespass, enter restricted areas, interfere with emergency services, or take unnecessary risks just to capture a Moment.
12. 18 and up
Momnt is only for people aged 18 or older.
13. Zero tolerance, reporting & enforcement
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Momnt. Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, sexual content or nudity, graphic violence, and anything that endangers or exploits minors are never allowed here.
See something that breaks these rules? Report it or block the user directly from any Moment or comment. We review reports of objectionable content promptly and treat urgent safety reports as a priority. We may also act on serious violations without a report.
If content violates these Guidelines, we remove the Moment or comment. Violations may result in a permanent account ban, and serious violations may result in an immediate ban. We do not operate a warning or temporary suspension system.
Information relating to reports and enforcement may be retained after content or an account is deleted, where needed for moderation, safety, abuse investigation, or enforcement. See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep things.

14. Changes
We may update these guidelines as Momnt evolves. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page and revising the "last updated" date, so check back from time to time. Continued use of Momnt after changes are posted is deemed approval of those changes.
